Job Summary:
Select Valet, is seeking a skilled Private Event Valet Concierge – On-call basis. Deliver outstanding parking and concierge services for private events. Ensure smooth vehicle handling, exceptional customer service, and event success. Requires attention to detail, communication skills, and fast-paced service.
Responsibilities :
Greeting, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles professionally. Managing vehicle flow, coordinating with valet team, and maintaining accurate records. Providing exceptional customer service, assisting attendees, and being friendly and professional. Following safety protocols, managing traffic flow, and ensuring security. Collaborating with event organizers, providing support, and resolving issues promptly. Working cohesively with valet team and maintaining equipment cleanliness.
Professionalism: Represent Select Valet with professionalism and integrity, adhering to company policies and procedures, and presenting a neat and well-groomed appearance at all times.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a valet attendant, parking attendant, or in a related customer service role is preferred.
Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate vehicle handling, ticketing, and record-keeping. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy objects, and perform physical tasks associated with parking and retrieving vehicles. Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations. Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment. Professionalism: Display a professional and courteous demeanor, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to high standards of personal and professional conduct. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules and client needs. Knowledge of Local Area: Familiarity with the local area, including event venues, parking regulations, and traffic patterns, is an advantage.
