Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Valet Concierge to join our team. As a Full-Time Valet Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe parking operations, providing exceptional service to patrons, and maintaining order within the parking facility. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle various parking-related tasks will contribute to a positive parking experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner upon their arrival at the parking facility. Collect parking fees accurately and efficiently, using the designated payment methods. Direct customers to available parking spaces, ensuring efficient space utilization and maximizing parking capacity. Monitor parking areas for compliance with parking regulations and take appropriate action for violations. Provide information and guidance to customers regarding parking rates, location of facilities, and nearby attractions. Assist customers with any parking-related inquiries or issues, resolving them promptly and professionally. Operate parking equipment, such as ticketing machines, gates, and payment systems, ensuring their proper functioning. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the parking facility, including removing debris and organizing parking areas.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth parking operations and seamless customer service. Follow safety protocols and traffic regulations to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the parking or hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely. Basic mathematical skills to calculate parking fees and provide accurate change. Detail-oriented with the ability to observe and report any issues or incidents within the parking facility. Basic knowledge of parking regulations and traffic management practices. Physical stamina and ability to withstand prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting of heavy objects. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if required for shuttle or driving duties).
